Classically Certified Instructor
Elizabeth is a college graduate from Louisiana Tech University with studies in Music and Psychology. She has been passionate about Pilates and making it a part of her personal practice for over 3 years. In 2019, she started making steps to become a Mat certified instructor with Power Pilates and then began working at Century Pilates in September of 2020 and started Century apprentice training in October 2020 and will continue her education in classical Pilates to become a fully comprehensive instructor through Real Pilates.
Elizabeth became a certified Holistic Nutrition and Fitness specialist in May of 2019 from Trinity School of Natural Health and has been helping her clients with their lifestyle goals through personal nutrition plans and setting weekly fitness goals. She loves to help people find fun, nutritious meals to help her clients fuel their body and mix in different styles of fitness based on each individual’s needs, desire, and body type. She is currently back at Trinity in pursuit of becoming a Traditional Naturopath so that she can help her clients even more with detox treatments, more focused regimens, and treatment bottles for the individual body systems that need support physically, emotionally, and in some cases mentally to help them create healthy relationships with food and fitness while on this journey to a healthier lifestyle. She is expecting to graduate in August 2022 with her board certification as a Traditional Naturopath.
Elizabeth also loves to be out in nature and travels frequently throughout the year. Hiking and kayaking are two of her favorite modes of exploration, and she loves taking Pilates classes to keep her endurance up and keep her strong so that she can climb every mountain and reduce her chance of injury while on trail. One of her favorite places on earth to be so far is on the Devil’s River in Del Rio, TX where she kayaked for 2 full days and camped for 3 nights on the river with her dad and has all the proud scars to prove it. She is a thrill chaser when it comes to her wilderness adventures and wants to see all that God has created. Some of her next big adventures are to go to Big Bend National Park, Grand Tetons National Park, and backpacking on the Appalachian Trails.
Elizabeth is a young, empowering teacher who will deliver a strenuous and effective workout tailored to your body’s needs. She has a natural born talent to challenge you beyond the limitations you set for yourself while also teaching you to protect your body while strengthening your core. She has her own style and loves to catch up with her clients after a great workout and talk to them about nutrition and supplementation recommendations to help them achieve their goals from another area in the foundations of health. She loves to educate people on how to move, nourish, and support their bodies in a way that is right for them and guide them on their journey to better, healthier living and looks forward to educating and empowering all of her students in her classes.
